  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over 5999 PKR (excluding returns and exchanges). For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies, as shown in the Shipping Rate Chart below.

  • Urgent Shipping: Available for an additional fee, only for prepaid orders (not available for Cash on Delivery, if offered). Urgent shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Process

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method, displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Locations: We ship all over Pakistan including major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and many more. Remote and far-flung areas might have limited service availability. Any specific delivery restrictions will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress.

Notes on Shipping Rates:

  • Local Pickup: Available at Malir, Karachi 75040, Pakistan.. Customers must select this option at checkout and pick up within 3 – 5 days of notification.

  • Urgent Shipping: Only available for prepaid orders. Not available for Cash on Delivery (if offered).

  • Shipping Classes: Additional fees may apply for oversized or heavy items (e.g., jackets, bulk orders), noted at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel an Order

  • Before Shipment: We aim to ship orders on the same day they are placed. To cancel before shipment, submit a request via our email support@zaibaz.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • After Shipment: If the order has shipped, you may refuse delivery upon arrival. Once returned to us, we will process a refund (see Refund Policy below). Repeated refusals of delivery may result in a permanent ban from our store to prevent abuse.

Cancellation Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched, except by refusing delivery.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-cancelable after processing begins.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We offer a 5 – 7 day return period. You have 5 – 7 day from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

How to Request a Return

Exchanges
