1. How can I find the items I want on your website?
To browse our clothing collection, click on a category (e.g., Women’s Clothing, Men’s Clothing) at the top of the homepage, then select a subcategory (e.g., Dresses, Shirts) to view available items. You can also use the search bar located on the website by entering a product name, description, or item code to quickly find specific products.
2. When will I receive my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (check your inbox or spam/junk folder). We aim to ship all ready-to-wear products on the same day for orders placed before [Insert Time, e.g., 4:00 PM PKT]. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Pakistan, depending on your location. Note that occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or operational checks. For urgent shipping, delivery may take 1-3 business days (additional fees apply, see our Shipping Policy).
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD, where available)

Credit/Debit Card (processed securely via our payment gateway) Please ensure your payment details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays. Payment options may vary based on your location and order type.
4. How can I cancel an order?
Due to our same-day shipping policy, cancellations are only possible before your order is dispatched. To cancel, submit a request via our email support@zaibaz.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If the order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery upon arrival, and we’ll process a refund once the package is returned (see our Cancellation Policy). Note: Repeated delivery refusals may result in a permanent ban from our store.
5. What is your return policy for clothing items?
You may return eligible items within 5 - 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, and custom products. To initiate a return, email support@zaibaz.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
